Job Description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to assist our team with diverse projects and provide general administrative and sales support. This dual sales/admin role you will work in the studio to assist the owner in online communications with vendors and customers and with studio retail sales. We’re a small company, which means there’s a growth path within the company and learning opportunities. The studio also accepts walk-in customers during the week so you will be that point person to direct customers towards our collection and upsell our custom options and repair services. Some weekend sales coverage may be required for seasonal events with travel and food stipend included. If you enjoy chipping in to help a team reach its goal, and build your knowledge along the way, this may be the role for you.
Duties & Details
Admin
- Support material sourcing/development and prototyping i.e. Research, sourcing.
- Create POs for ordering raw materials. Communicate with relevant suppliers and follow up on raw materials developments.
- Forward all new online production orders to the production team.
- Communicate with customers via email and SM and troubleshoot inquiries.
- Data file backup and sync new orders into quickbooks
Sales
- Run the day-to-day operations of the showroom and attend sales at pop-up events
- Pack and fulfill online orders via Shopify daily. Arrange shipment pickups.
- Provide technical product information, and support in-store transactions and omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online pickup in store, phone sales)
- Combine your love of fashion and luxury products with your selling skills in an inclusive team environment

- 10% travel for weekend pop-up events.
About you
- Associates degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 2+ years experience in a professional environment.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, etc) Google Suite, and CRM.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and reprioritize as needed
- Effective interpersonal and organizational skills
- Quick learner and self-starter
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Must demonstrate an energetic, helpful, positive demeanor
- Flexible and can work a schedule that includes weekend hours
- This position requires the ability to lift 25-50lbs (loading and set-up for events, receiving material deliveries)
Salary range
$20/hr, Part-time to full-time, paid bi-weekly

Description
We are looking for a Production Manager to join our growing team and guide our local production team. This position offers freedom and flexibility in schedule and opportunity to take charge in the fast growing company. Production manager will work in tandem with the owner/product developer to plan, coordinate and control manufacturing processes so that products are delivered on time and within budget. As a production manager, you'll make sure our leather goods are produced safely, cost-effectively and on time and that they meet our high quality standards. A friendly, positive attitude is crucial for motivating, supporting and providing guidance to our small production staff. This role requires proficiency in all aspects of leather production including parts assembly, skiving, hand and machine sewing, stamping, and edge finishing.
Duties
- Quality control - High Attention to detail. maintaining high quality craftsmanship standards across the floor.
- Track daily online order production queue and wholesale orders.
- Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free
- Maintains standards for pattern and materials library
- Communicate regularly with owner regarding problems or issues impacting production
- Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime
- This position requires the ability to lift 25-50lbs (receiving materials, leather deliveries)
About you
- 2-4 years experience with the production of handcrafted products.
- Uses logic and reasoning to evaluate alternatives and make effective, timely decisions
- Adaptability/Agility: Tolerates uncertainty and ambiguity and can change priorities in a fast-paced environment

Description
The perfect PD Assistant will enjoy working with their hands with great attention to detail, and can focus on completing tasks quickly without sacrificing quality. Strong organizational skills as well as creative ingenuity is desired as well as free thinking and problem solving. Experience in leather craft is a plus, but not required. We're willing and happy to teach the right person.
Duties
- Operates shop equipment (rivet setter, clicker press, heat press)
- Cutting of leather components & assembly of leather components
- Sewing leather products (familiarity of industrial sewing machine a plus)
- A desire and ability to learn leather-working skills and techniques (hand saddle stitching, edge finishing)
- Vector pattern editing in Illustrator.
- General workshop cleaning and organization
- This position requires the ability to lift 25-50lbs (receiving materials, leather deliveries)
About you
- Creative person with strong presentation skills and exhibits fashion and trend consciousness
- Some experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
- A self-starter who is able to receive strong honest critique
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a team environment, build trust and relationships.
- High Attention to detail (maintaining high quality craftsmanship is a priority)
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work environment
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Previous experience with the production of a handcrafted product a big plus (but not required)
- Organized and detail oriented, Interpersonal and communication skills are critical;

Job Description
We are looking for a creative email marketer to drive consumer engagement as well as bringing in new followers for our company as well as build brand awareness. You will be in charge of our SM accounts. Curate posts and stories. You alongside the owner, Amber, will develop ideas for Reels/TikTok content. In Later and Monday you will plan a month’s worth of content based on our product launches and events. Graphic design experience is crucial. We are looking for someone with soulful engaging copy writing skills with a passion for social justice. This is a part-time remote position that is great for a freelancer or student with 4 hrs/wk and the opportunity to develop into 20hrs/wk. Priority will be given to applicants in the Bay Area available for on-site meetings and photoshoots.
Duties
- Manage social media platforms (3), Pinterest, Instagram and TicTok.
- Coordinate with the owner to create, and manage a social media calendar based on a company's product, marketing needs and cultural trends.
- Plan and execute all social media content by creating original, fashion-forward, and innovative brand-right custom content using our imagery & videos, using engaging copywriting that speaks to our target audience.
- Create monthly reports on key metrics such as engagement, traffic, new followers, ROI for ads.
- Manage our influencer network including vetting new influencer’s as well content development with current influencers
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
- Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
About you
- 1-3 years experience as a strong cross-functional partner known for B2C social media marketing or content development
- A team player – easy to work with, positive, motivating, and incredibly collaborative
- Creative, big-thinker with the ability to translate ideas into digestible, strategic plans
- You are a natural born leader. You are proactive, think ahead, and come prepared
- Passionate about storytelling, content creation strong copywriting and copy editing skills
- Direct experience using customer relationship management tools (Asana, Monday, Hubspot)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Social media management tools (Later, Planoly)
- design programs like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva
Salary range
Contract - $35/hr. Part-time, paid bi-weekly
